Workstation 8: Metamorph / NEO Analysis (424A)

Workstation 8 is located in room 424A and includes Metamorh and PALM-Tracer for single-molecule/super-resolution image analysis.

This workstation also runs Abbelight NEO Analysis.

The 3D viewer will allow you to visualise the cloud of points of your data and to filter/analyse it (filtering of detections, drift correction, channel transformation, clustering, colocalization and tracking)

Abbelight NEO Analysis Batch will allow you to process you raw acquisition to perform basically the detection of single emitters and if needed the cross-correlation drift correction.
