Queensland Brain Institute researchers Dr Susannah Tye and Professor Bruno van Swinderen are joined by psychiatrist Associate Professor Shuichi Suetani and gut health expert Dr Alena Pribyl Rinke to discuss the role that diet and your gut microbiome, sleep, exercise and your circadian rhythms play in brain function and the impact they have on mental health.
