In these information sessions, our Brisbane based team comprising of neurologist, neuro-surgeon, nurses and researchers reach out to local communities to provide support and information, on Deep Brain Stimulation, specifically for patients and carers of Parkinson’s, Dystonia, Essential Tremor and Tourette’s Syndrome. Those in attendance will be able to speak to our team and hear about Deep Brain Stimulation as a therapy and learn about the ongoing research in this area. It will also provide an opportunity to meet with other patients and carers in your local community.
