- A new book demystifying the science surrounding coral reefs and climate change was launched by the Queensland Governor Her Excellency Dr Penelope Wensley at Brisbane’s Customs House today.
- Esmi Zajaczkowski from Holland Park has been crowned the 2010 Queensland Brain Bee Champion in a battle of neuroscience knowledge held in Brisbane.
- Scientists from the Queensland Brain Institute have used high-tech equipment to capture underwater creatures at depths not documented from before.
