QBI welcomes new Queensland members of Australian Academy of Science

A unique public forum will be held at the Queensland Brain Institute on Tuesday, 25 November to commemorate the election of another five Queensland scientists to the Australian Academy of Science.

Each of the Fellows will provide a short presentation of their work.

Queensland’s newest members of the Australian Academy of Science are:

  • Professor Peter Koopman FAA
    Institute for Molecular Bioscience, The University of Queensland
     
  • Professor Nicholas Martin FAA
    Queensland Institute of Medical Research

  • Professor John Mattick AO FAA FRCPA
    Institute for Molecular Bioscience, The University of Queensland
     
  • Professor Sven Warnaar FAA
    Mathematics – School of Physical Sciences, The University of Queensland
     
  • Professor Howard Wiseman FAA
    Centre for Quantum Dynamics, Griffith University
