Celebrating 20 Years: Your brain is on our mind

On Wednesday 15 March, the Queensland Brain Institute (QBI) hosted a panel discussion at the State Library of Queensland featuring Institute experts to discuss a host of topics around attention and decision making, brain plasticity and the effects of stress on our brain. The panel was chaired by UQ Emeritus Professor Roland (Roly) Sussex and included QBI neuroscientists; Dr Dhanisha Jhaveri, Professor Jason Mattingley and Professor Pankaj Sah. More than 200 people attended the event which was also livestreamed. In recognition of QBI’s 20^th year in research, this was a unique opportunity to hear the latest insights into the amazing human brain from our very own world-leading experts.
