Both the state and national finals of the Australian Brain Bee Challenge have now been completed for 2007-08.

Seventeen-year-old Jayson Jeganathan from Baulkham Hills in Sydney won the the 2008 Australian Brain Bee Challenge (ABBC).

In the Queensland final, held on 24 June, Somerset College won both the individual and team competions.

ABBC motivates young people to learn about the brain and is designed to inspire students to pursue a career in biomedical brain science.
