With 36 laboratories investigating the core mechanisms of brain function and disease, the Queensland Brain Institute is an ideal academic partner for meeting the research needs of industry. As part of The University of Queensland – ranked 62nd  in Times Higher Education’s World University Rankings – and with a distinguished track record of technology commercialisation, our access to enviable research infrastructure complements our world-leading scientists.

Our goal is to generate new insights into that deepest of biological mysteries – the brain – in both health and disease. In partnership with industry, our expertise can help deliver the innovative therapeutics, biomarkers and devices needed to improve peoples’ lives.
