Improving the lives of those living with dementia

Welcome to the Clem Jones Centre for Ageing Dementia Research (CJCADR)

The leading cause of death in Australia is on the brink of change, with heart disease soon to be eclipsed by dementia-related deaths. In Australia, more than 400,000 people are living with dementia.

The Queensland Brain Institute (QBI) established the Clem Jones Centre for Ageing Dementia Research (CJCADR) in 2012, with vital support from philanthropic partners including the Clem Jones Foundation. CJCADR's research focuses on advancing the understanding of dementia and inspiring the development of potential new therapies.
